Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page, or by emailing info@aitarapilot.com from the address on your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refund is owed at cancellation, except as described below.
2. 7-day satisfaction window (first paid charge)
If you are dissatisfied with your first paid charge, email info@aitarapilot.com within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This window applies only to your first paid charge per account.
3. Mid-period and renewal refunds
Outside the 7-day window, we generally do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If your situation involves extended outage, billing error, or duplicate charge, contact us and we will review in good faith and correct any error promptly.
4. EU / UK statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. By unlocking and using paid features, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. You confirm this when you complete checkout. Your statutory rights under your local law are not affected.
5. California auto-renewal disclosures
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid a charge. To cancel, use the billing page in your account or email info@aitarapilot.com. If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
6. How to request a refund
- Email info@aitarapilot.com from the address on your account.
- Include the date of the charge and a brief reason.
- We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Payment processor and timing
Refunds are issued through Stripe and returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster directly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks while we investigate.
