Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct and content that is not allowed on AitaraPilot (the "Service"). It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP can result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, with or without notice.
1. Content you must not upload or generate
- Material you are not legally authorized to possess or share, including stolen documents, leaked records, or another person's privileged communications without consent.
- Sealed, in-camera, or otherwise protected court records you are not authorized to disclose.
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexually exploits minors.
- Content that incites violence, threatens others, or facilitates serious harm.
- Content that defames, harasses, stalks, or invades the privacy of another person.
- Malware, exploits, or code intended to disrupt or damage systems or data.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates a confidentiality obligation.
2. Conduct you must not engage in
- Using the Service to provide legal services to third parties, or reselling AI Output as legal advice.
- Misrepresenting your identity, the parties to a matter, or your authority to act.
- Impersonating opposing parties, courts, clerks, judges, attorneys, or government officials.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the Service, its prompts, model weights, or AI Output.
- Using automated means (bots, crawlers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service except under a written authorization from us.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, including by overloading or flooding it with traffic.
- Benchmarking the Service against competing products for the purpose of building a competing product, without our written consent.
- Circumventing access controls, usage limits, billing, or paywalls.
- Using the Service in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
3. Sensitive content
Avoid uploading information that is not necessary to organize your matter, for example government IDs, banking credentials, or others' protected health information. When you must upload such material because it is part of your case, redact what you can.
4. Enforcement
We may, with or without notice, remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. We aim to be fair and to give notice when feasible, but we may act immediately when we believe content or conduct poses imminent risk.
5. Reporting and copyright complaints
Report abuse or suspected violations to info@aitarapilot.com. To report a copyright violation, follow the DMCA process in Section 10 of our Terms of Service. We typically acknowledge reports within 3 business days.
6. Appeals
If we suspend or terminate your account and you believe we made a mistake, email info@aitarapilot.com from the address on your account with a brief explanation. We will review in good faith.
